On October 12, 2022 the UK CX Awards 2022 took place in London, Great Britain. CX Awards are the fundamental events in customer experience world.
By the invitation of Ian Golding, who is the main organizer of the CX awards ceremony for several years and is considered the godfather of customer experience all over the world, Shushanik Ghaltakhchyan, the CEO of Whitebone – Experience Management, also took part in it.
We are proud to mention that we have been invited to the award ceremony for the 3rd year in a row, as the only specialized customer experience management company in Armenia.
In 2020 Shushanik Galtakhchyan participated as a judge of the award ceremony, and in 2021 as the chair of judges of a category.
During the event, new cooperation agreements got received.
