What you will learn and master within our Customer experience management program

  • Monitoring customer experience metrics
  • Analyzing customer experience in all touchpoints (service, transactions, etc.) and discovering the areas of improvement
  • Customer feedback analysis
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Excellent customer experience design and planning
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports

Who can apply

  • Bachelors, Masters or final year students of Marketing, PR, Economics, Business, Psychology, Sociology or a related area

What skills you should have

  • Proficiency in English, Armenian and Russian languages
  • Computer skills, basic Knowledge of MS Office
  • Analytical mind and strong qualitative skills, creativity
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Eager to learn new things
  • Adaptivity

 

The program will last 3 months so hurry to gain great experience!
