What you will learn and master within our Customer experience management program
- Monitoring customer experience metrics
- Analyzing customer experience in all touchpoints (service, transactions, etc.) and discovering the areas of improvement
- Customer feedback analysis
- Customer journey mapping
- Excellent customer experience design and planning
- Providing weekly and monthly reports
Who can apply
- Bachelors, Masters or final year students of Marketing, PR, Economics, Business, Psychology, Sociology or a related area
What skills you should have
- Proficiency in English, Armenian and Russian languages
- Computer skills, basic Knowledge of MS Office
- Analytical mind and strong qualitative skills, creativity
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Customer oriented mindset
- Eager to learn new things
- Adaptivity
The program will last 3 months so hurry to gain great experience!
