Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for you if you are customer-centric, responsible, detail and research-oriented personality who wants to build career path in the new world with new realities. Our customer experience specialist will research and analyze existing experiences of our customers, work on problems and solutions and develop new experience designs together with our team of exceptional professionals.

Job responsibilities

• Analyze customer data
• Organize company, market, competitor researches
• Review and propose optimization schemes for company processes and customer touchpoints
• Develop customer feedback analysis schemes
• Develop customer experience evaluation mechanisms
• Develop methods to improve the customer experience
• Develop new experience designs
• Develop customer service standards schemes

Requirements

• Higher education in marketing, management, sociology or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in research, customer service and/or management
• Excellent knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages
• Knowledge of international service standards, work with problematic clients, methods and tools for dealing with complaints
• Excellent knowledge of MS office
• Proficiency in CRM systems is a plus
• Experience in field-related processing, experience management, feedback collection is a plus
• Knowledge of NPS and other relevant systems is a huge plus
