Training Lead

We are determined to find a professional who takes seriously the responsibility of driving high quality training content for all employees from front-line staff to C-suit leaders. This includes creating engaging process and tool content, including blended, instructor-led training, eLearning, microlearning, social/cohort learning and video content, seminars and workshops.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Design and develop learning solutions and programs applying adult learning principles and systematic instructional design to create learning content that best fits the needs of the learners and business
  • Manage small to big scale learning projects end-to-end from analysis through delivery and evaluation
  • Conduct analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics
  • Collaborate effectively with training delivery, stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content
  • Provide the trainer sessions (classroom or virtual/remote) to support the implementation of training programs across the globe
  • Manage/execute curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles
  • Support the development of learner engagement strategies and evaluation plans
  • Be proactive with our customers guiding them to their next learning solution

 

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in training design and development, psychology, organizational development, instructional design, communication, education, or related field
  • 2+ more years of experience in a learner experience design/instructional design, developing blended, instructor-led, eLearning, microlearning, video-based and other content based on customer needs and requirements
  • Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
  • Expertise using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Captivate is a plus
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Proven ability to think creatively and contribute to process simplification/improvement at a team level
  • Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate (e.g. CPLP, CPT, PMP, etc.) is a plus
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, online learning and learning technologies is a plus
  • Knowledge of graphic and/or web design skills is a plus
  • Experience with video design and development is a plus
