Project Manager

This role is right for you if you are an energetic, motivated and customer-obsessed Project Manager who is a master of managing projects, teams, and deliverables. We are looking for you to orchestrate and lead customer projects using a variety of project management methodologies and tools. Our Project Manager will manage the customer relationship and have a high level of commitment to our customers’ success together with our mission-driven and customer-obsessed team.

Job responsibilities

• Manage projects with responsibility for end-to-end planning, monitoring, executing and implementing
• Provide business knowledge and support for systems development
• Work closely with project members and product owners both within the company and the customer side identifying deliverables and tracking their delivery throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage relationships with the project team and business stakeholders
• Perform planning, gathering and documentation of business requirements: both interfacing with customers and the development team
• Consult with customers and implementation team to identify current processes, clarify business objectives, and to establish technology requirements
• Manage liaison with external parties and customers
• Assist Business Analyst to gather required data for initial project plan and subsequent updates
• Be proactive with our customers guiding them to their next solution

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or other related fields
• 2+ years of experience in planning and project management
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and techniques
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
• Knowledge of SCRUM, AGILE project management tools
• PMP certification is a plus
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development
• Experience in the implementation of CRM and/or experience management solutions is a plus
• Experience in field-related processing, experience management, feedback collection is a plus
