Marketing Lead

This role is made for you if you are an enthusiastic, self-motivated and customer-obsessed Marketing expert who is a master of managing marketing teams, campaigns and deliverables. We are looking for you to orchestrate and lead marketing projects using a variety of marketing management methodologies and tools. Our Marketing Lead will manage and lead the company’s and its customers’ marketing projects and initiatives with the highest level of commitment to our customers’ success.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company’s marketing & PR strategy
• Develop and manage effective marketing, advertising and promotional activities for sales volume growth
• Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
• Plan, develop and coordinate loyalty and customer-oriented actions based on CRM analysis
• Conduct market research and segmentation
• Support the implementation of the Company’s strategy to ensure social media presence, activity and communication
• Define and analyze marketing metrics
• Analyze marketing project results and recommend necessary actions to increase sales volume and market share
• Use digital tools to improve SEO, SMM, Content

Requirements

• Higher education, preferably in Marketing or Economics
• 3+ years of work experience in a similar position
• Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, social media, paid advertisements, etc.) to ensure brand consistency
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
• Experience in the implementation of CRM and/or experience management solutions is a plus
